About this notice. Understand separate payment arrangements, the terms that apply before purchase, and how to request changes, cancellations, or refunds.

Tissue Restoration Center (“TRC”) provides its own nonclinical patient services. Independent surgeons, anesthesia professionals, facilities, financing providers, and other sellers have separate services and financial arrangements.

This page does not impose a universal deposit, nonrefundable fee, cancellation deadline, or refund schedule. Specific purchase terms must be disclosed before you commit and remain subject to applicable law.

1. Separate services and payment recipients

TRC fees pay for TRC’s own selected services and program components. Independent medical and other third-party charges remain separate, even when shown together in a cost overview. TRC does not receive or share in a surgeon’s professional surgical fee.

Each payment arrangement should identify the seller or provider, what the payment covers, the amount, and the payment recipient. A combined planning total does not mean that all amounts are paid to TRC or governed by TRC’s cancellation terms.

Your Care Planner can organize these details and coordinate administrative questions within your selected services. Each responsible party explains and applies its own terms, subject to applicable law.

2. Terms provided before a TRC purchase

The applicable TRC proposal, order, or service agreement identifies the services or products selected, their prices, and the relevant payment, cancellation, and refund terms before purchase. Any deposit, installment arrangement, credit toward a later service, or condition affecting a refund must be explained in the applicable purchase terms.

This general notice does not fill in missing amounts or authorize undisclosed charges. Nor does it allow new restrictions to be applied retroactively to a purchase. Changes to agreed services or charges require any notice, agreement, or authorization required by the applicable terms and law.

Saving an option, expressing interest, creating an account, or requesting information does not by itself purchase a service or authorize a payment.

3. Deposits, balances, and payment authorization

A deposit or advance payment applies only as described in the relevant written arrangement. It should not be assumed to reserve a surgical date, guarantee clinical acceptance, or be credited toward another provider’s charges unless that arrangement expressly provides for it.

Payment deadlines, accepted methods, clearance requirements, and any authorized installments depend on the party receiving payment. A payment submitted for processing is not necessarily cleared funds or confirmation of an appointment.

Permission for one payment does not by itself authorize additional purchases, recurring charges, or unrelated payments. Any ongoing payment arrangement must be separately described and authorized as required. Do not send payment-card details or bank credentials through general TRC email or messaging.

4. Requesting a change or cancellation

For TRC services, contact care@tissuerestorationcenter.com and identify the service or order, the change requested, and a way to reach you. Include an order reference if available. Follow any additional applicable instructions supplied with the purchase. You may call 631-906-9470 for assistance.

For an independent surgeon, facility, or other third-party booking, follow that party’s cancellation process as well. TRC can coordinate administrative communication where included, but a request sent only to TRC should not be assumed to have reached or canceled a third-party arrangement.

Removing a saved item, changing a planning preference, or asking about cancellation is different from clearly requesting cancellation of a purchased service. Keep a copy of your request and seek clarification if its status is unclear. Whether a notice is effective is governed by the applicable terms and law; this page does not make a valid cancellation depend solely on TRC issuing an acknowledgment.

5. When surgical or practical plans change

A surgeon may decline treatment, recommend a different approach, or postpone a procedure. You may decide not to proceed, change surgeons, or revise your plans. Financing, travel, or scheduling circumstances may also change.

Those events do not necessarily produce the same cancellation or refund outcome for every service involved. The applicable terms and law determine how completed work, unused services, deposits, and third-party commitments are treated.

TRC reviews the effect on its own services and explains the relevant terms. Medical suitability remains a clinical decision; purchasing TRC services does not obligate you to undergo surgery or permit TRC to override medical advice.

6. Refunds, credits, and returned products

TRC reviews refund requests under the purchase terms and applicable law. A review should identify the payment involved, services or products covered, the applicable basis for the decision, and any refund or credit due. This notice does not establish a blanket “all sales final” rule or guarantee a full refund in every circumstance.

Any deduction for completed work or other permitted charges must have a valid basis in the applicable terms and law. A service credit is different from a refund and must not replace a refund you are legally entitled to receive without an appropriate basis or agreement.

Where physical products are supplied, any return conditions or restrictions must be disclosed in the applicable purchase terms and remain subject to applicable rights concerning defective or incorrectly supplied goods. Do not assume that a product-return rule also determines the treatment of unused services.

For an approved refund, the responsible party should explain the amount, destination, and expected processing. Bank or processor posting may be separate from refund initiation. Applicable legal deadlines remain in effect; this notice does not create an open-ended right to delay a refund.

7. Financing and installment arrangements

Canceling a procedure or TRC service does not automatically cancel a separate financing agreement. A refund may need to be sent to the financing provider or otherwise applied according to the relevant agreements and law.

Confirm how a refund affects the outstanding balance, future payments, and any interest or fees. Do not assume a pending refund automatically pauses repayment. Contact the financing provider for account-specific instructions and applicable dispute rights.

For any separately agreed TRC installment arrangement, cancellation, future charges, and outstanding amounts are handled under that arrangement and applicable law. This notice does not create an installment plan, authorize automatic debits, or impose new payment obligations.

8. Billing questions, disputes, and accountability

Contact TRC about a charge you do not recognize, a duplicate payment, an incorrect amount, or a concern with a TRC cancellation or refund decision. TRC reviews questions about its own services and payments and can identify the appropriate third-party contact where available.

You retain any applicable rights to dispute a charge with your card issuer, payment provider, lender, or another responsible party. A TRC review does not replace or extend external dispute deadlines, and this notice does not require you to surrender those rights before seeking assistance.

TRC remains responsible for its own services, representations, and conduct. Nothing here waives a legally required refund, overrides a valid agreement, or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
