Your priorities. Dedicated coordination. Clearly defined services.
TRC Patient Services connects your aesthetic goals, surgeon options, financial considerations, and practical arrangements through personalized planning and coordination.
Your Care Planner brings these elements together within your selected services. This notice explains what TRC provides, how your arrangement defines what is included, and how TRC’s work remains separate from independent medical care.
1. What TRC Patient Services includes
Tissue Restoration Center (“TRC,” “we,” or “us”) provides nonclinical patient information, planning, and coordination services.
Depending on your selected arrangement, TRC’s work may include:
- Understanding your priorities: Organizing your desired results, preferences, questions, financial considerations, and practical needs.
- Reviewing options and surgeon information: Bringing relevant procedure information, available professional credentials, practice details, and consultation findings into an organized review.
- Comparing proposed costs: Reviewing estimates, included services, separate charges, selected options, and financial questions requiring clarification.
- Coordinating consultations and scheduling: Organizing appointment arrangements, administrative communications, and scheduling details with the relevant practices.
- Organizing payment and financing information: Connecting payment requirements and available financing pathways with your planning.
- Preparing practical arrangements: Coordinating administrative deadlines, travel-related needs, and other arrangements included in your services.
- Preparing for recovery: Organizing practical recovery needs, educational resources, and selected nonclinical support components.
Your Care Planner provides a consistent point of contact for TRC’s work. The planning reflects your circumstances, the options you are considering, and the decisions you choose to make.
2. Your service arrangement and commitments
Your written proposal, order, or service agreement identifies the services you select, their scope, applicable fees, and relevant terms.
Website descriptions explain available services. They do not mean that every service, product, or support option is included in every arrangement. Included services, optional additions, and separately priced components are identified before you commit.
Material changes to the scope or price of your TRC services will be explained and agreed to through the applicable process before additional charges are authorized.
Exploring information, saving interests, or requesting information does not, by itself, enroll you in a paid program or authorize payment. Paid services and scheduling commitments require the applicable confirmation or agreement.
Payment, cancellation, refund, and other service terms are addressed in the relevant agreements and remain subject to applicable law.
3. Independent medical care
TRC Patient Services does not provide medical examinations, diagnosis, prescriptions, anesthesia, surgery, or clinical treatment. TRC does not determine medical suitability, order clinical testing, or direct a provider’s medical decisions.
Your independent surgeon and other appropriately licensed professionals evaluate your circumstances, recommend treatment, obtain medical informed consent, and deliver the clinical services they undertake to provide.
TRC organizes the information and arrangements surrounding those services without assuming clinical authority. A saved plan, estimate, appointment arrangement, or financing discussion does not constitute medical clearance or approval for treatment.
Questions requiring medical judgment and instructions about treatment or recovery remain with the responsible clinical team.
4. Your choice of surgeon
You decide which surgeon to consult or select and whether to proceed with treatment. You may consider multiple physicians, seek another opinion, or bring a surgeon you already know into your TRC planning.
Using TRC’s generally available nonclinical services does not require you to select a TRC-registered surgeon.
Specific coordination services may depend on a practice’s willingness to participate, necessary authorizations, availability, and practical arrangements. TRC will explain material limitations before you commit to an affected service.
A limitation on what TRC can coordinate does not restrict your ability to seek care independently. Providers retain their own decisions about accepting patients and recommending or performing treatment.
5. Separate services and clearly identified fees
TRC charges for its own services. TRC does not share in your surgeon’s professional fee.
Independent surgeons, anesthesia providers, facilities, and other third parties establish their own charges and financial terms.
TRC’s fees and independent provider charges remain separately identifiable, including when presented together in a complete cost overview. Presenting these amounts together does not mean that TRC provides every listed service, receives every payment, or assumes another organization’s obligations.
Any selected recovery support, products, travel-related services, or other components are identified according to the applicable arrangement, including their provider and whether they are included or separately charged.
TRC’s coordination does not independently change another organization’s fees, cancellation policies, refund terms, or other financial obligations.
6. Coordination and third-party confirmation
TRC is responsible for the planning and coordination it agrees to provide. Completing particular arrangements may also require information, authorization, or confirmation from you or another organization.
A requested appointment, proposed date, estimate, financing option, or travel arrangement remains subject to the responsible party’s confirmation and terms. TRC will distinguish proposed arrangements from confirmed arrangements in its communications.
If a requested arrangement cannot be completed, TRC will explain the limitation and discuss available next steps within the scope of your services. Any effect on purchased TRC services is addressed under the applicable agreement and law.
TRC does not guarantee a provider’s availability, acceptance of a patient, clinical recommendation, or performance. TRC is not a lender; financing providers determine eligibility, approval, terms, and funding.
7. Recovery support and communications
TRC’s nonclinical recovery services may include preparation resources, check-ins, practical coordination, and selected support components identified in your arrangement.
Recovery planning is personalized to you and your procedure or combination of procedures. Your clinical team determines medical instructions, follow-up, and assessments of healing.
TRC’s nonclinical support does not replace medical examinations, clinical wound assessment, nursing care, or required postoperative appointments.
Your arrangement identifies the applicable communication methods and any stated availability or response expectations. Sending a message or completing a check-in does not establish that a clinician has received or reviewed the information.
TRC’s nonclinical services do not provide continuous clinical monitoring or emergency response. Do not wait for a TRC reply when medical attention is needed.
For a medical emergency in the United States, call 911 or seek immediate emergency care. Outside the United States, use the local emergency number.
8. Questions, concerns, and accountability

TRC will review concerns about its own services and explain the applicable next steps.
Direct clinical questions, treatment concerns, and requests for a provider’s medical records to the responsible professional or facility. TRC may coordinate authorized administrative communications within its role.
TRC remains responsible for its own statements, services, and conduct as required by law. Nothing in this notice waives patient rights or excludes responsibilities or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
