Submitting a request does not establish an appointment or guarantee a particular surgeon, procedure date, location, service or clinical acceptance. Confirmed appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled by the applicable provider.
Third-party rules
Consultation fees, deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, travel, lodging and facility rules may be set independently by third parties. Review each provider’s direct terms before paying or booking.
Information accuracy
TRC may pass along scheduling or fee information supplied by a third party. TRC cannot guarantee that every listing, date or quote remains accurate.
Clinical preconditions
Medical professionals may require examination, laboratory testing, clearance or other evaluation before accepting or scheduling surgery; TRC cannot waive those requirements.
Disruptions
Travel delays, facility changes, medical complications, provider availability and other events may affect timelines. Patients should not make non-refundable arrangements until independently verifying applicable booking and cancellation terms.
