YOUR SURGEON. YOUR CHOICE.

Already Have a Surgeon in Mind?

Bring your choice. Put TRC in your corner.

You may have found a surgeon you like, completed a consultation, or received a proposal. TRC builds on that progress, with your desired results and priorities guiding the next steps.

Your Care Planner brings physician review, financial clarity, and dedicated coordination to the work ahead—whether you are still considering your decision or preparing to move forward.

You can keep the surgeon you prefer and bring TRC’s patient services into your plans.

We Begin With You.

Tell us what you hope to achieve, what attracted you to this surgeon, and where you are in the process.

Your consultation may have felt right, while the financial arrangements still need clarification. You may want to understand the physician’s experience more fully. Or you may feel ready to proceed and want a dedicated team coordinating the arrangements around your care.

Your Care Planner listens to your priorities, reviews the information you already have, and explains the services relevant to your circumstances.

TRC takes responsibility for the review, coordination, and follow-through included in your selected services.

What TRC Adds.

A Focused Physician Review

Available information about your surgeon’s professional background, training, procedure experience, and practice is considered in relation to your goals.

Your Care Planner identifies details that need clarification and prepares questions for your consultation. Your surgeon provides the individual clinical assessment and recommendations.

Clarity Around Your Proposed Costs

Understand the services behind the proposed amount and the financial questions that remain.

TRC brings the available cost information into an organized review so you have a clearer basis for deciding how to proceed.

Dedicated Coordination

Consultations, practice communications, scheduling, travel considerations, and recovery preparation can involve several people and organizations.

Your Care Planner coordinates the work included in your services and follows through on outstanding arrangements with the appropriate teams.

Additional Options, If You Want Them

You may want to consider another physician’s experience, approach, or proposal before deciding.

TRC can bring those alternatives into your planning. You can also focus your services on moving forward with the surgeon you already prefer.

Your Financial Priorities Belong in the Plan.

Your Care Planner reviews what the available estimates include, which expenses are separate or optional, and which amounts still need confirmation. TRC coordinates questions about deposits, payment schedules, and other practice-specific financial terms.

If you are considering several physicians, the comparison includes the services behind their proposals. If you are focused on one surgeon, the review centers on that arrangement.

Potential financing options can be explored alongside your budget and priorities. Reviewing possibilities does not commit you to surgery or financing. Any application is a separate step, with approval and terms determined by the financing provider.

TRC’s fees are separately identified. We do not receive a share or percentage of your surgeon’s professional fee. Your selected TRC services and charges are explained before you agree to paid work.

Understand Your Surgical Costs

Start With Your Surgeon’s Name.

You do not need to assemble a complete file before beginning. Save the physician you are considering and add more information when you are ready.

Saving keeps this physician in your plan. It does not contact TRC or the surgeon’s practice.

Enter the surgeon’s name and city and state to save.

What Would You Like to Discuss?

We will confirm your contact details before sending your request. Requesting a conversation does not book surgery or authorize paid services.

Questions About Bringing Your Surgeon to TRC.

Does My Surgeon Need to Be Registered With TRC?

No. You can bring a physician you found independently or already know.

Your Care Planner will explain which services TRC can provide. Coordination involving the practice depends on the necessary authorization and the practice’s participation in those arrangements.

Your Surgeon. Your Choice.
What If I Have Already Scheduled Surgery or Paid a Deposit?

Tell your Care Planner where things stand. TRC will explain which services remain relevant and what can still be reviewed or coordinated.

Existing bookings, payments, and cancellation terms remain governed by your arrangements with the practice or provider. Adding TRC services does not automatically change them.

Do I Have to Consider Other Surgeons?

No. Your TRC services can focus on your preferred physician, the proposed costs, and the arrangements ahead. Considering additional physicians remains your choice.
