Independent Patient Services Centered on You

Patient Services bring together the education, information review, financial coordination, scheduling, and practical preparation surrounding elective surgery.

TRC delivers these services through an organization operating independently of the surgeons performing your procedure. You gain a broader view of surgeon options and financial arrangements, supported by a dedicated Care Planner who coordinates your selected services before surgery and into your chosen recovery program.

Two Approaches to Patient Services

A surgeon's office coordinates the services associated with its practice. TRC provides an independent service that extends across the surgeon options and participating providers involved in your planning.

Both approaches can provide valuable patient services. TRC adds an independent perspective and coordination across your selected arrangements. The scope of a practice's services varies.

Already Have a Surgeon

Keep the surgeon you have chosen. Add the services of TRC.

Surgeon selection is one part of the process. TRC reviews available surgical estimates, organizes payment requirements, coordinates preparation and administrative communications, and connects your selected Recovery & Scar Care services.

Your Care Planner establishes which services fit your existing plans. Direct coordination with the practice depends on its participation.

Your Dedicated TRC Care Planner

Your dedicated TRC Care Planner is your primary point of contact, managing the communication, administrative requirements, and follow-through included in your Patient Services program.

From consultation requests and financial questions to scheduling, preparation, and selected postoperative support, your Care Planner keeps the work moving and the status visible. You know which activities are complete, which arrangements are confirmed, and which decisions or responses remain outstanding.

What Your Care Planner Manages

Personalized planning

Your goals, surgeon preferences, financial considerations, and practical priorities establish the starting point for coordination. Your Care Planner records changes as your plans develop.

Consultations and provider communications

Consultation requests, administrative questions, relevant documents, and follow-up communications are coordinated with participating practices and providers.

Scheduling and preparation

Your Care Planner coordinates available dates, scheduling requests, administrative facility requirements, document submissions, and preparation information issued by your clinical team. Surgeons and facilities establish and confirm their appointments and surgical dates.

Financial requirements

Estimates, payment responsibilities, deposit deadlines, and clarification requests remain connected to your preparation. The financial review establishes what is included, what remains outstanding, and which terms require clarification.

Travel and practical arrangements

Where included, TRC coordinates transportation information, accommodation arrangements, arrival planning, and practical support needs. Your proposal identifies the services TRC arranges and any separate provider charges.

Recovery & Scar Care coordination

Selected support services, available postoperative appointment information, and recovery preparation remain connected with your surgeon's instructions and the broader program.

TRC Surgeon Review and Professional Background Assessment

Selecting a surgeon involves professional qualifications, surgical training, procedure-related experience, and the information discussed during your consultations.

TRC reviews available credentials and professional background information, organizes relevant findings, and identifies details requiring clarification. You receive a documented basis for comparing surgeons and preparing meaningful consultation questions.

Your surgeon review is organized around the options you are considering. You retain the decision about whom to consult and select.

What TRC Reviews

Medical licensing and board certification

Available state licensing records, license status, and relevant board certifications, including the identity of the certifying organizations.

Education and surgical training

Medical education, residency training, fellowships, and additional professional training described in available records.

Procedure-related experience

Available information about surgical focus, procedures performed, and relevant techniques. Experience claims that have not been independently confirmed remain identified as reported information.

Professional background and affiliations

Available professional history, hospital affiliations, and surgical facility associations relevant to the surgeon's background.

Public professional records

Accessible licensing-board information and publicly reported disciplinary or professional actions. Findings retain their source and status so the underlying information can be understood in context.

Patient feedback

Publicly available patient feedback from identifiable sources. Reviews describe individual experiences; they do not establish surgical competence or predict your results.

Outstanding information

Missing, inconsistent, outdated, or unconfirmed details that require further review or discussion with the surgeon.

Know What Has Been Verified

TRC distinguishes the status of individual information items:

Verified

Meaning
Confirmed against an identified primary source, such as an official licensing record or certification organization. The source and date checked define the verification.

Reported

Meaning
Provided by a surgeon, organization, or third-party source and not independently confirmed by TRC.

Pending clarification

Meaning
Incomplete, inconsistent, outdated, unavailable, or awaiting additional confirmation.

These classifications describe individual facts. They do not constitute TRC certification, clinical credentialing, endorsement, or a guarantee of a surgeon's qualifications, competence, or outcomes. A review is limited to the sources and information available; it is not a complete record of every aspect of a surgeon's history.

From Surgeon Review to Consultation

Your Care Planner coordinates the consultation requests and related communications included in your program. Relevant background information, your preferences, and unanswered questions remain connected within your planning record.

During consultation, your surgeon evaluates your clinical suitability and discusses proposed procedures, techniques, anticipated outcomes, risks, and recovery. TRC organizes the information and follow-up questions arising from those discussions.

TRC reviews the professional information. Your surgeon provides the clinical assessment. You make the decision.

A Broader View of Surgical Costs and Financial Opportunities

Surgical estimates can differ in professional fees, facility charges, included services, payment requirements, and follow-up policies.

TRC reviews available estimates across independent surgeons, identifies financial differences and pricing opportunities, and coordinates clarification of the charges and terms surrounding your procedure.

You gain a clearer understanding of your anticipated Total Procedure & Care Cost, what you are paying for, and when financial commitments are required.

Financial Opportunities Across Surgeon Options

Differences in surgical pricing

Compare available estimates alongside the procedures and services included. A quoted fee has more meaning when you can see which expenses it covers and which are separate.

Seasonal and special pricing

TRC identifies current opportunities within its available pricing information, including practice-established seasonal rates and limited-time offers. Your financial review records relevant eligibility requirements, included services, restrictions, and deadlines.

Preferred pricing arrangements

Where independent surgeons make preferred rates available, TRC presents the applicable terms for your consideration. The surgeon establishes and confirms the pricing. Availability does not determine your surgeon selection.

These opportunities may produce meaningful savings on the overall cost of a procedure. Availability and actual savings depend on the surgeon, procedure, location, current pricing, and individual arrangements. No particular rate or savings is guaranteed.

A Complete Review of Your Surgical Costs

TRC examines the charges, included services, payment obligations, and financial policies associated with your proposed procedure. Your review brings those details into an organized financial picture before you make the relevant commitments.

Your Total Procedure and Care Cost

TRC organizes the available financial components into one view:

Surgeon

What the review identifies
Professional charges and the procedures included

Anesthesia

What the review identifies
Included or separately billed anesthesia services

Surgical facility

What the review identifies
Operating room and facility-related charges

Implants and supplies

What the review identifies
Applicable implants, materials, and additional items

Postoperative appointments

What the review identifies

TRC Patient Services

Your defined Patient Services Fee

Recovery & Scar Care

What the review identifies
Selected programs, products, and optional services

Other identified expenses

What the review identifies
Travel, practical arrangements, exclusions, or additional costs relevant to your plans

The total remains an estimate until the responsible providers establish their charges. Missing amounts and items awaiting confirmation remain clearly identified.

What the Financial Review Examines

The quoted procedure and included services

TRC compares the scope described in each estimate and identifies differences requiring explanation. Your surgeons address the clinical meaning of different proposed procedures or techniques.

Consultation fees and credits

Available consultation charges, complimentary arrangements, and credits toward future services are recorded with their conditions.

Deposits and payment deadlines

Required deposits, reservation terms, payment milestones, balance deadlines, and quote expiration dates are organized before you make the relevant commitment.

Follow-up and additional care policies

The review examines stated policies for postoperative appointments, additional visits, revisions, complications, and other care that may generate separate charges. A policy review does not imply that such expenses are covered.

Changes, cancellations, and refunds

TRC records the responsible providers' terms for changes to procedures or dates, cancellations, deposit treatment, and refunds.

Unclear charges and outstanding questions

Your Care Planner contacts participating providers to clarify missing details or discrepancies and records the responses received.

Clear Confirmation Status

  • Confirmed: Supported by current provider-issued documentation or confirmed with the responsible provider.
  • Pending confirmation: A clarification or response is outstanding.
  • Not yet available: The information has not been provided or cannot currently be established.

Preliminary estimates and unresolved items are not presented as final commitments. Provider-issued agreements and financial policies remain authoritative for their services.

Financial Readiness and Payment Coordination

Your Care Planner identifies who bills for each component, what is due, and the associated deadlines. This information remains connected with your scheduling and preparation requirements.

When a financial detail changes, TRC records the available update and coordinates outstanding administrative questions with the responsible organization. Your program defines the extent of payment coordination; each provider retains control over its charges, billing, and payment policies.

Personalized Recovery and Scar Care Designed Around Your Needs

Recovery preparation begins before surgery and continues through the support program you select.

TRC connects practical preparation, structured nonclinical support, scar care resources, and postoperative coordination with your broader Patient Services program.

Your procedure, preferences, practical circumstances, and surgeon-provided instructions shape the services you select. Program components and duration are defined individually, with options for additional support and longer-term continuity.

Connected With Your Surgeon's Care

Your surgical team establishes postoperative instructions, evaluates symptoms and wound healing, and determines medical treatment. Your surgeon also directs when scar products and other postoperative activities are appropriate.

TRC manages the nonclinical Recovery & Scar Care services in your program and coordinates relevant administrative communications. Your selected support continues alongside your surgeon's clinical care.

TRC does not assess wound healing, provide emergency services, or guarantee scar appearance. Communications are not continuously monitored. For a medical emergency, call 911. Contact your surgical team directly about postoperative medical concerns or changes in wound healing.

Understanding Your Patient Services Fee

Your fee pays for TRC's defined professional planning, surgeon information review, financial coordination, administrative management, and dedicated Care Planner services.

TRC establishes a fixed Patient Services Fee for the scope and complexity of your selected program. It is not calculated as a percentage of your surgeon's professional charges.

Your proposal specifies:

  • Services and deliverables: What TRC will perform and provide.
  • Care Planner responsibilities: The communication, coordination, and follow-through included.
  • Service period and limits: How long services continue, applicable activity limits, and exclusions.
  • Recovery & Scar Care: Included resources and any optional program you select.
  • Financial terms: Your fee, payment schedule, credits, cancellation provisions, and refund terms.

Surgeon, anesthesia, facility, implant, supply, and other provider charges remain separately identifiable within your Total Procedure & Care Cost. Optional TRC services may carry additional charges. Any initial TRC payment credited toward your Patient Services Fee is documented and applied once.

Changes to your service scope and any resulting fee adjustments are presented for your agreement before the additional services begin.
