Tissue Restoration Center (“TRC”) organizes nonclinical patient services around your goals, decisions, and practical needs. These general terms explain that framework. Your individualized Selected Services & Payment Schedule identifies the services you are purchasing and the financial and service conditions that apply to your arrangement.
This public page is not, by itself, a completed patient agreement or authorization to charge you. Before you commit, you receive the applicable terms and your completed schedule for review and acceptance.
1. How your individual agreement is formed
Your patient agreement identifies the contracting TRC entity, you or an appropriately authorized representative, your selected services, and the specific documents and versions being accepted. Where these General Terms are incorporated, that version is provided with your completed Selected Services & Payment Schedule and any identified addenda.
Your schedule specifies the included services and products, TRC fees, payment arrangements, service commencement and completion, and applicable cancellation, refund, and change provisions. Those details are supplied before you accept the purchase or authorize payment; they are not left for TRC to decide afterward.
Browsing this page, creating an account, saving preferences, or speaking with a Care Planner does not by itself enter you into a paid-service agreement.
2. Services built around your selected arrangement
TRC Patient Services can include documenting your priorities, organizing procedure and surgeon information, comparing available costs, coordinating consultations and administrative communications, scheduling, practical preparation, and selected recovery-support arrangements.
Your schedule identifies what TRC agrees to provide, the scope of that work, relevant dependencies, and the support arrangements included. Not every service is included in every purchase, and a general website description does not automatically add an unselected service.
TRC remains responsible for performing its agreed work. If a material limitation affects that work, TRC explains the issue and addresses it under your agreement and applicable law.
3. Your surgeon and independent clinical care
You choose your surgeon and may consider physicians within or outside TRC’s registered group. Coordination with a particular practice depends on its availability, participation, and any necessary permissions. TRC explains limitations that affect your selected services.
Independent clinicians and facilities determine medical suitability, clinical recommendations, treatment, anesthesia, informed consent, and postoperative care. TRC does not make or override those decisions or provide emergency medical treatment.
A listing, registration, or administrative interaction does not by itself establish employment, agency, partnership, or clinical supervision. Actual responsibilities depend on the services, relationships, agreements, and applicable law.
4. TRC fees and separate provider charges
TRC charges for its own selected services and program components. Your schedule identifies the fixed TRC fees, selected additional items, applicable taxes, and payment terms. TRC does not receive or share in a surgeon’s professional surgical fee.
Independent surgeons, anesthesia professionals, facilities, lenders, and other providers establish their own charges and terms. Showing these amounts in one planning overview does not make them all TRC fees or mean every payment goes to TRC.
Any deposit, installment arrangement, future-payment authorization, or credit toward another TRC service must be specifically described where it applies. These General Terms do not impose an unspecified fee or authorize recurring charges, unrelated purchases, or payment to an unidentified recipient.
5. Changes, cancellations, and refunds
Your individualized arrangement explains how to request changes or cancellation and how payments, completed work, unused services, products, and refunds are handled. It also addresses relevant circumstances such as a change of surgeon, medical postponement, unavailable financing, or TRC’s inability to provide an agreed service.
This public page does not establish a universal nonrefundable deposit, cancellation period, refund percentage, or service credit. The terms supplied before purchase and applicable law govern those matters. Undisclosed restrictions are not created by this page.
Canceling a TRC service does not automatically cancel a separate surgeon booking, facility arrangement, travel purchase, or financing agreement. Your Care Planner can coordinate administrative questions within your selected services. Required refunds and other nonwaivable rights remain protected.
6. Coordination, communication, and outside decisions
TRC coordinates the tasks identified in your arrangement. Independent practices and other providers confirm their own appointments, availability, prices, and conditions. A request or saved planning entry is not a confirmed appointment or permission to book or purchase services on your behalf.
Your agreement explains the relevant communication process and support expectations. Provide materially accurate information needed for the agreed work and tell TRC about changes that affect your arrangements. TRC explains when missing information or an outside dependency prevents an agreed task from moving forward.
TRC is not a lender and does not guarantee financing approval or funding. A Finance Engine preview is separate from a lender’s application and decision.
7. Personalized recovery support
Any selected recovery or scar-care support is organized around your procedure or procedures, practical circumstances, and clinical team’s instructions. Your agreement defines the included support; it does not predict how long healing will take.
Nonclinical check-ins, reminders, photographs, questionnaires, and progress displays do not by themselves provide diagnosis, wound assessment, clinical monitoring, or medical clearance. Your treating professionals determine appropriate follow-up and whether and how a recovery product should be used.
TRC does not guarantee healing speed, scar appearance, freedom from complications, or a particular surgical outcome. Those limits do not remove its responsibility to provide the support it agreed to deliver.
8. Digital planning, privacy, and separate permissions
Aesthetic Studio, My Aesthetic Plan, My Desired Results, and related tools organize interests and information for discussion. Their outputs are not clinician-approved treatment plans or predictions of results.
Agreeing to TRC services does not provide unrestricted permission to share your records, publish your photographs, send unrelated marketing, or submit financing applications. Required privacy permissions, medical informed consent, and payment authorizations remain separate and must be obtained through the applicable process.
TRC’s Privacy Policy and related notices explain information practices. An agreement does not remove privacy rights or permit uses of information that lack the necessary legal basis.
9. Agreement versions and accountability
The documents specifically identified and accepted for your purchase establish that arrangement. A later change to this public page does not automatically amend an existing patient agreement. Material changes to agreed services or charges require any notice, agreement, or authorization required by the agreement and law.
Your individualized schedule governs the purchase-specific details it expressly addresses. Any intended variation of incorporated general terms must be clearly identified before acceptance; conflicting provisions should be clarified rather than left for the patient to resolve. Applicable rights cannot be waived by conflicting wording.
TRC remains responsible for its own services, statements, and conduct. Independent providers retain their own responsibilities under the applicable facts, agreements, and law. Nothing here creates a blanket release, restricts honest reviews, or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Questions before you commit
Your Care Planner can explain the proposed services, applicable terms, and any questions requiring clarification before you accept your arrangement.
