About this notice. Understand how TRC’s digital tools support your aesthetic planning, what saved selections mean, and the limits of visual and automated information.

Tissue Restoration Center (“TRC”) provides digital tools for exploring your aesthetic interests, expressing your desired results, organizing information, and preparing for conversations with your Care Planner and independent surgeon.

Your selections express what you would like to explore. They are not a diagnosis, a clinician-approved treatment plan, or a prediction of your results.

1. The purpose of your digital planning tools

Aesthetic Studio is TRC’s interactive environment for exploring areas of interest and related educational information. My Aesthetic Plan organizes your saved preferences within My TRC. My Desired Results records the changes you would like to discuss.

These resources give your conversations a clearer starting point. They do not determine whether treatment is needed or which surgical or nonsurgical approach is appropriate for you. Your Care Planner organizes your planning; your independent clinical team evaluates medical options.

2. Your vision and clinical recommendations

Choosing a body area, concern, desired result, technique, or procedure identifies an interest for discussion. A related procedure displayed by the software is not a personalized medical recommendation or confirmation that you are a candidate.

Your surgeon considers your goals alongside your anatomy, medical history, examination, risks, and other relevant circumstances. The recommended approach may differ from your initial selections and may involve another treatment, postponement, or no intervention. Selecting several procedures does not establish that they can safely or appropriately be combined.

3. Illustrations and visual representations

Avatars, highlighted areas, diagrams, and other illustrations are communication tools. They do not measure your anatomy or establish what can be achieved medically. Where a feature displays an adjusted shape, mockup, or apparent transformation, that output is conceptual rather than a validated prediction of your postoperative appearance.

Visual examples do not account for every factor affecting your results, including anatomy, skin characteristics, existing scars, healing, technique, and clinical limitations. They do not guarantee symmetry, scar appearance, a particular body shape, or another aesthetic or functional outcome.

A visual preference can guide discussion with your surgeon; it does not replace an individualized consultation or clinical assessment.

4. Automated information and digital assistance

Where TRC uses automated suggestions, generated summaries, or AI-assisted responses, the output supports education and organization. It may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances, even when presented confidently or in a personalized format.

An automated response is not a clinician’s opinion. A completion marker, category match, or other interface status does not establish medical suitability, safety, or professional review. Your treating professionals must independently evaluate clinical questions and recommendations.

Do not change medicines, follow treatment instructions, or delay medical evaluation based solely on a digital output. TRC’s planning tools are not emergency or symptom-assessment services. For a medical emergency in the United States, call 911 or seek immediate emergency care.

5. Saving selections and confirming actions

Adding an item to your plan, turning on a save toggle, or saving a question records a planning preference through the applicable save process. It does not by itself book an appointment, select a treating surgeon, purchase services, authorize a payment, submit a financing application, or provide medical informed consent.

A saved confirmation describes a storage action. It does not establish that a Care Planner or surgeon has reviewed the item or that a provider has accepted your request. Where account sign-in or verification is required to retain selections, complete the steps presented by the interface. Guest-session activity should not be assumed to remain available across devices or future visits.

Appointments, purchases, applications, and information-sharing requests have their own confirmation or authorization steps. Follow the specific process for the action you intend to take.

6. Planning summaries and consultations

Your saved plan and any available summary or export organize information for discussion. They do not replace a clinician’s examination, treatment recommendations, informed-consent process, or medical records.

Saving a plan does not automatically place it in your surgeon’s medical chart or establish that the practice has received it. When information is shared through an authorized process, the recipient remains responsible for its own review and clinical documentation.

You may refine your preferences as your understanding develops. If a selection, summary, or automated description does not accurately reflect your intentions, use the available correction controls or contact TRC before relying on it in further planning.

7. Photographs, personal information, and permissions

Your selections, messages, and photographs may reveal sensitive personal or health-related information. If an upload feature is available, use the designated process and review its privacy information and sharing choices before submitting material. Do not submit another person’s identifiable information or photographs without appropriate authority.

TRC’s Privacy Policy and applicable notices explain the relevant collection, use, retention, and sharing practices. Saving an image or preference is not blanket permission to publish it as advertising or send it to every surgeon, lender, or other third party. Any use or disclosure must have the permissions or other lawful basis applicable to that purpose.

Contact TRC about access, correction, deletion, or sharing questions. Applicable rights, recordkeeping requirements, and any relevant exceptions govern those requests; removing an item from a planning view should not automatically be understood as deleting every retained copy.

8. Tool availability and TRC accountability

Features and educational content may change, and access or saving can be affected by maintenance, connectivity, or technical problems. If information appears missing, incorrect, or unsaved, contact TRC for assistance rather than assuming the intended action completed.

Changes to paid services remain subject to the applicable agreement and law. This notice does not authorize unrestricted loss or use of your information, replace TRC’s privacy obligations, or excuse misleading representations about what a tool does.

TRC remains responsible for its own services, statements, and conduct. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Questions or corrections

Contact TRC about your planning selections, saved information, a visual representation, or an automated response that appears inaccurate. Your Care Planner can clarify how the tools fit into your selected services and coordinate the next administrative steps.

Direct medical questions and treatment decisions to your independent clinical team.
