Information for your planning. Medical decisions with your clinical team.
TRC provides information, digital tools, and nonclinical patient services that organize your options and preparations. These services do not replace medical evaluation, individualized clinical advice, or treatment from an appropriately licensed professional.
This notice explains the boundaries of TRC’s information, planning tools, communications, and nonclinical recovery support.
1. TRC’s nonclinical role
Tissue Restoration Center (“TRC,” “we,” or “us”) provides patient information, surgeon information review, financial comparison, consultation coordination, scheduling, and other nonclinical services identified in your selected arrangement.
TRC does not practice medicine or provide medical examinations, diagnosis, prescriptions, anesthesia, surgery, or clinical treatment through these services.
Your independent medical providers are responsible for evaluating your health, recommending appropriate care, and delivering the clinical services they undertake to provide.
2. Educational information and its limits
TRC’s procedure descriptions, technique comparisons, articles, illustrations, checklists, recovery information, cost resources, and other educational materials explain general considerations relevant to planning.
They are not individualized medical advice and may not address every risk, alternative, contraindication, or circumstance relevant to you. Medical evidence and professional guidance may also change.
Information presented in relation to your interests, selections, or stated goals remains educational unless it is separately provided as clinical advice by your treating professional. Organizing information around your preferences does not constitute a medical assessment.
Discuss the clinical meaning and suitability of any option with the appropriately licensed professional responsible for your care.
3. Digital planning tools and automated responses
Aesthetic Studio, My TRC, questionnaires, saved procedures, visual planning features, and other digital tools organize your interests and prepare you for further discussion.
A selection, summary, illustration, or digital result does not establish:
- A diagnosis or medical finding.
- Eligibility or clearance for a procedure.
- A recommendation to undergo treatment.
- A prediction or guarantee of your results.
- A commitment by a provider to recommend or perform a procedure.
A saved plan reflects your planning information and preferences; it is not, by itself, a clinician-approved treatment plan.
Automated or AI-assisted responses, including those provided through Auryn where available, may contain errors, omissions, or information that does not apply to your circumstances. They do not replace clinical judgment and should not be used to diagnose symptoms, determine urgency, or direct treatment.
4. Clinical decisions and provider–patient relationships
Your surgeon and other appropriately licensed treating professionals determine medical suitability, recommended procedures and techniques, necessary testing, preparation, medications, and clinical follow-up.
Browsing TRC, creating an account, purchasing nonclinical patient services, using planning tools, or communicating with a TRC Care Planner does not, by itself, create a physician–patient or other clinical treatment relationship with TRC or a listed provider.
A clinical relationship with an independent provider is determined by the actual interactions, services, and applicable law. It should not be inferred solely from a provider’s listing, registration, or appearance within TRC’s platform.
TRC’s administrative communications do not replace a provider’s evaluation or informed-consent process.
5. Medical questions and treatment instructions
Do not disregard professional medical advice, delay evaluation, or start, stop, or change prescribed treatment based on TRC educational content, a planning result, or an automated response.
Direct questions about symptoms, diagnoses, medications, medical images, procedure suitability, and treatment decisions to an appropriately licensed clinical professional.
When general TRC information differs from your treating team’s instructions, follow the individualized clinical instructions and contact that team for clarification. Do not use TRC content to resolve conflicting medical recommendations.
TRC may coordinate administrative questions within your selected services, but clinical questions require a response from the responsible provider.
6. Recovery support and submitted health information
TRC’s nonclinical recovery services may include preparation resources, educational information, check-ins, practical coordination, and other support identified in your arrangement.
These services do not constitute nursing care, clinical wound assessment, diagnosis, medical monitoring, or emergency response. They do not replace required postoperative appointments or direct communication with your surgical team.
Information submitted through a check-in, photograph, questionnaire, message, or other tool may not be reviewed in real time. Submission does not establish that a clinician has received or assessed the information.
An automated acknowledgment, completed check-in, or absence of an alert must not be interpreted as confirmation that recovery is progressing normally or that medical attention is unnecessary.
Your treating team determines the medical instructions and follow-up appropriate to you and your procedure or combination of procedures.
7. Urgent concerns and emergencies
Do not wait for a response through TRC’s website, email, messaging, automated assistant, or nonclinical support tools when medical attention is needed.
For urgent postoperative concerns, use your treating provider’s direct urgent-contact instructions. If you cannot reach that team, seek appropriate urgent medical assistance.
If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 in the United States or seek immediate emergency care. Outside the United States, use the local emergency number.
TRC’s nonclinical services are not an emergency communication or response system.
8. Accountability and questions
TRC remains responsible for its own statements, services, and conduct as required by law. Nothing in this notice waives patient rights or excludes responsibilities or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Direct medical questions and treatment concerns to the responsible clinical professional. Do not send emergency requests to this address.
