What it is
Arnica-Bromelain Complex is the oral part of Silagen’s Rapid Recovery System. Silagen presents it alongside its topical gels for post-procedure bruising and swelling.
A supplement is not the same as a topical gel. It enters your body, so timing around surgery, other medicines and your health history all matter. That is why this guide does not suggest a dose or a start day.
