Antioxidant compounds

Explore quercetin, NAC, alpha-lipoic acid and coenzyme Q10.

Understanding the ingredients

Quercetin is a flavonoid, a type of plant compound. NAC stands for N-acetyl cysteine. Systemic Formula also contains alpha-lipoic acid and coenzyme Q10.

Phase 1 and Phase 2 contain quercetin and NAC with vitamins and minerals. Systemic Formula has a different mix, including milk thistle, curcumin and L-glutamine.

Research may focus on foods, supplements or a specific compound. Check which ingredient and product the research actually studied.

Research on an ingredient does not establish an outcome for an HSL product.
