Ingredients & Details
Phase 1 and Phase 2 share several nutrients but differ in amounts and plant ingredients. Sleep and Protein Synergy have their own combinations.
Tell your pharmacist which supplements and medicines you use. They can check overlapping nutrients and possible interactions.
Look for the ingredients and amounts within a blend. Keep ingredient forms such as zinc bisglycinate and magnesium glycinate attached to the nutrient name.
Your surgical team confirms any decision to start, continue or stop a supplement around your procedure. Record their advice with the product name.
