The Details Around Your Visit. A Team Bringing Them Together.

Personal Introduction
We Begin With Where You’re Coming From.
You may be arriving from home, traveling with a companion, or planning to stay near your surgical facility. Some arrangements may already be in place; others may still need attention.
Your Care Planner takes the time to understand your location, preferences, budget, and available support. We identify the services relevant to your plans and coordinate the selected arrangements with the appropriate practices and providers.
You gain a clear point of contact for the practical details surrounding your visit.
Your Visit
Your Visit Details, Brought Into Focus.
Consultations, surgery, and follow-up appointments may take place at different locations. TRC brings the information for each visit together so you know which details apply.
Where You're Going
The practice or facility name, address, entrance, and available parking or drop-off information.
When to Arrive
The date and arrival time provided by the practice or facility, along with its check-in instructions. Arrival time may differ from the procedure time.
Who to Contact
The appropriate practice or facility contact for directions, delays, and appointment changes.
Your Care Planner coordinates outstanding questions. Final appointment details and arrival instructions come from the responsible practice or facility.
Transportation & Assistance
Plan the Ride and the Support Together.
Transportation and personal assistance serve different purposes. Your Care Planner considers both alongside the requirements provided by your surgical team.
Getting to Your Visit
Coordinate the route, drop-off details, and any transportation included in your selected services.
Leaving the Facility
Bring the ride and accompanying-person arrangements into the same plan. The facility determines its discharge requirements; a transportation booking alone does not establish that those requirements are met.
Returning for Follow-Up
Account for travel to postoperative appointments, with driving and travel guidance coming from your clinical team.
If you do not have someone available to accompany or assist you, tell your Care Planner early. We can discuss available practical options around the support your surgical team requires.
Home or a Nearby Stay
A Return Home—or a Stay Nearby.
Where you go after the procedure should work with your support arrangements and follow-up plans.
Returning Home
Your Care Planner discusses transportation, the assistance you expect to have available, and any household responsibilities that need coverage. We connect those practical considerations with the requirements communicated by your surgical team.
Staying Near Your Surgical Facility
TRC coordinates selected accommodation and travel services around location, access needs, companion arrangements, and follow-up appointments.
Your surgeon advises on how long you should remain nearby and when travel is medically appropriate. Your Care Planner brings that guidance into the logistical planning.
Accommodation and care are separate arrangements. A room reservation does not include personal assistance or clinical services unless those services are expressly arranged. Required professional clinical care must come from an appropriate provider.
Understand Post-Surgical CareArrangements & Costs
Understand the Arrangements and Their Costs.
Before you commit to selected services, your Care Planner reviews the available details, identifies outstanding questions, and clarifies what is included.
Your review can cover:
Provider, pickup arrangements, accompanying-person requirements, and charges.
Location, room arrangements, access considerations, and booking dates.
Who will provide assistance and the scope of the service.
Deposits, payment deadlines, cancellation policies, and potential change fees.
Appointment locations and related travel needs.
Third-party providers establish their own service terms and charges. TRC’s fees remain separately identified.
The purpose is to know what you are arranging, who is responsible, and what you are agreeing to.
Changing Arrangements
When Plans Change, You Have a Point of Contact.
An appointment change can affect transportation, accommodation, or support. Let your Care Planner know so we can revisit the connected arrangements within your selected services.
For a same-day delay or difficulty locating the facility, follow the practice’s arrival contact instructions. Medical questions about travel or proceeding with surgery belong with your clinical team.

Arrival Questions
A Few Questions About Arrival Planning
Can TRC coordinate arrangements if I am traveling for surgery?
Yes, within your selected services. Your Care Planner explains the available coordination and costs. Your surgeon provides medical guidance about travel and remaining nearby.
Are transportation and accommodation included automatically?
No. Your proposal identifies included services, optional selections, and any separately billed third-party arrangements.
What if I do not have a support person?
Raise this before finalizing your arrangements. Your Care Planner can discuss available options, while the practice or facility determines the support required for your procedure and discharge.
What if my saved details differ from the practice's instructions?
Contact the practice or facility to clarify the current information, then update your saved details. My TRC is a planning record, not an independent appointment confirmation.
