TRC brings personal attention, surgeon information, financial review, and coordinated patient services together around your goals. Your chosen physician independently directs your medical care. Your Care Planner follows through on the TRC services and arrangements you select.

Your Goals Set the Direction.

Before a physician is selected or a procedure is scheduled, there is something you want to accomplish.

Your Care Planner begins by listening: what you would like to change, how you envision the result, what you want to preserve, and which financial or practical considerations matter to you. You can explore educational information about surgical and nonsurgical possibilities and review available financing information before deciding whether to proceed.

TRC’s services extend beyond the offerings of a single surgical practice. Your planning can include different physicians and approaches, giving you a broader foundation for the conversations ahead. A qualified clinician evaluates your suitability and explains what may be achievable.

You can begin with your vision. You do not need to arrive with a procedure or physician already selected.

Physician Choice With Information Behind It.

Choosing a physician means choosing the professional whose experience, judgment, and proposed approach will shape your care. Understanding those differences deserves more than a brief introduction.

TRC organizes available professional and practice information relevant to the procedures you are considering. This can include credentials, training, procedure experience, consultation arrangements, and questions that warrant further discussion.

Considering multiple physicians gives you an opportunity to compare their explanations, proposed techniques, and costs in relation to your priorities. Your Care Planner brings that information into an organized review so you can identify meaningful differences and prepare for consultations.

You are not required to select a TRC-registered surgeon.

You can bring a physician you already know, explore other options, or seek another opinion. Your Care Planner explains the coordination available with your chosen practice and any arrangements that require its participation or authorization.

More Financial Perspective. Clearly Separate Fees.

Having options also means being able to understand the financial differences between them.

Proposed approaches may involve different physicians, settings, services, and costs. TRC brings available estimates together so you can review what each includes, which expenses are separate, what is optional, and what still needs confirmation.

That perspective allows you to consider costs alongside the clinical explanations you receive and your financial priorities. Available financing information can be reviewed as part of that process; applying for financing and accepting an offer remain separate decisions.

Independent Provider Charges

Your surgeon, anesthesia provider, facility, and other third parties establish their own charges and financial terms. Each remains responsible for its services.

TRC Patient Services Fees

TRC charges fixed fees based on the scope and complexity of your selected Patient Services. Your proposal identifies those fees and any selected TRC program components separately from independent provider charges.

TRC does not receive a share or percentage of your surgeon’s professional fee.
