Mommy Makeover.

Considering a mommy makeover—but not sure which procedures make sense for you?

Your goals come first. Explore breast volume, lift, abdominal skin and body contouring without assuming you need combined surgery—or need to return to a previous appearance.

Where would you like to begin?

Complimentary guide or TRC consultation. No obligation to proceed.

Your complimentary consultation is with the TRC team by phone or video—it is not a surgeon examination. A qualified clinician determines whether any treatment is suitable for you, and your chosen surgeon provides medical care.

Your goals. Not a preset package.

Breast and body changes can be considered separately. Understand surgical and nonsurgical limits, timing questions and the choice to wait or do nothing.

Breast volume, size & lift

Augmentation, lift and reduction address different questions about breast volume, position and size. A single procedure, separate stages or no procedure may fit the discussion; a combined operation is never assumed.

What to know
  • Implants or fat transfer can add volume; a lift addresses position and excess skin; reduction makes breasts smaller.
  • Breastfeeding and future pregnancy questions belong with your clinician. Implants require a separate discussion of risks and future care.
  • Nonsurgical body-contouring devices are not an equivalent breast treatment; FDA has not cleared or approved them to treat breasts.

Abdominal skin & structure

Loose skin, localized fat and abdominal-wall changes can contribute differently to abdominal shape. A tummy tuck removes excess skin and may address weakened or separated muscles. Tightening treatments do not remove hanging skin.

What to know
  • A clinician assesses the underlying concern rather than treating a photograph or questionnaire as a diagnosis.
  • Laser and RF have device-specific uses and limits; no promise is made that they replace surgery for excess skin.
  • Your goals do not need to involve restoring a pre-pregnancy appearance. Future pregnancy and individual recovery affect timing.

Body contouring & nonsurgical limits

Liposuction and selected noninvasive devices address localized fat, not overall weight loss. Cooling and energy-based devices differ in their intended uses, results and risks. They do not remove excess skin or repair the abdominal wall.

What to know
  • Pregnancy, breastfeeding and individual health require a clinician-led timing and safety discussion before any procedure.
  • RF microneedling is distinct from noninvasive RF and has an FDA safety warning about serious complications with certain aesthetic uses.
  • Information gathering creates no commitment. Your clinician decides whether to consider treatment at all, and whether separate stages are appropriate.

You can wait, choose one approach, or decide on no treatment. You do not need to choose a procedure to start a conversation.

Recovery Around Your Life

Bring work, childcare, help at home, and follow-up into the conversation before you decide.

“Mommy makeover” describes an individualized combination of procedures, often involving the breasts and abdomen. It is not a fixed package. Your surgeon evaluates which options may be appropriate and whether to combine procedures or stage them.

Complimentary. Three optional questions. No account or email required to view it.

YOUR GOALS. YOUR CHOICE.

If You Decide to Consider Surgery

If you decide to consider surgery, we review specialist surgeons—including those outside our network—and their credentials and experience. We explain how techniques differ and organize the questions to discuss with your surgeon, including whether procedures could be combined or staged. Your surgical team determines whether and how procedures are combined. We also compare available pricing across surgeons, including what each quote covers.

Understand your options before you commit. Have a team in your corner throughout.

One conversation to start. A clear path forward.

Your TRC Care Planner starts with what you want to understand, brings together your questions, provider information and available pricing, and stays connected as you consider your next step.

Your initial discussion and guide are complimentary. If you choose paid TRC Patient Services, their scope and separate fee are explained before you agree. Independent providers set their own clinical fees. Ongoing coordination depends on the services you select and the practice arrangements available; the same individual planner and response times are not guaranteed. TRC does not provide medical assessment or treatment.

COSTS & FINANCIAL OPTIONS

Understand the Cost of Your Proposed Approach.

There is no single standard mommy makeover package. A useful estimate identifies each proposed procedure and the services around it, so you can understand the total and compare proposals clearly.

Procedures & Surgeon Services

The specific breast and body procedures in the proposal.

Anesthesia & Surgical Setting

Facility and anesthesia charges, including any separately scheduled stages.

Follow-Up & Additional Items

Specified follow-up, garments, prescriptions, and any separately charged care.

Selected TRC Patient Services and payment options, where applicable.

What a complete proposal can include

Ask for an itemized proposal showing the planned procedures, surgeon's fees, anesthesia, facility charges, and included follow-up. Clarify which garments, medications, or additional care are separate. If surgery is staged, ask for the costs associated with each stage. Confirm how revisions or complications would be handled financially. Any selected TRC services should be identified separately and counted once.

Costs vary by surgeon, procedures, location, and selected services. A personal estimate follows the appropriate consultation and assessment. Any paid TRC services and independent clinical charges are explained before you agree to them.
